I'm Kevin Lu — co-founder of Sweep AI, a Y Combinator (S23) company building AI tooling for developers.
Before Sweep, I was a machine learning engineer at Roblox, and I studied computer science at the University of Waterloo. I'm based in San Francisco.
These days I spend most of my time at the intersection of large language models and developer experience — designing agents, fine-tuning models, and figuring out how to make AI genuinely useful for engineering work. This site is where I write about the things I'm learning.
